Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 cup Fresh Berries
- 1 handful Almonds Preferably Raw
- 1-2 cups Water

Instructions
- Pour water and almonds into a blender(preferably high speed). Whip them up for roughly 5 minutes to make an almond milk.
- In a bowl put the chia seeds and pour the unfiltered almond milk into them. I prefer not straining the almond milk through cheese cloth, although you may add this step.
- Let the chia seeds and almond milk sit for roughly 15 minutes while the chia seeds expand into a pudding or cereal consistency.
- Put berries into the chia seeds and almond milk and stir.
- Enjoy!
Recipe Notes
For sweeter tasting versions add a little vanilla to the almond milk while blending or a pitted date. I find the berries make it sweet enough for me. Summer peaches also are wonderful in this or a mixture with berries.
